 Italy is one of the most popular tourist destinations in whole world. In fact, it is ranked as the fifth major tourist destination and is attracting at least 43.7 million tourists every year. It is situated on the Italian Peninsula in southern Europe and contains the two largest islands in the Mediterranean, Sicily and Sardinia, and obviously tourism is very significant for their economy. The Roman Empire, Medieval Ages and Renaissance, all of these are predecessors of Italy. They are the reasons why Italy is very successful when it comes to tourism. They have left their mark with great cultural heritage, buildings, paintings and much more. Gallery Uffizi is one of the oldest and most famous galleries and museums in the world showcasing an academy of very rich and impressive collections of Venetian paintings.

Of course, the expanse of the coastlines makes this country a wise investment as well.
