You can even compare websites and see which ones have the best prices.
Taxis: If you have somewhere you need to be within a specific time frame then taking a taxi or renting a car would be ideal. If you are staying only for a couple of days taking a taxi might be a better choice for you. In order to get the best deal on a taxi, don't be afraid to call ahead of time and ask them their rates. It has been known that a taxi ride can end up costing you up to $55 for a 15 minute ride, if you are not sure what the rates are.
By taking a few extra minutes and checking information on the internet prior to booking your car rental or taking a taxi could save you some serious money on your trip to Barcelona. The money saved could be used to by souvenirs, eat at some nice restaurants or indulge in many of the treats that Barcelona has to offer.
